Nature of Our Services

Eighth Day Forge and its brand Daddy Cool Technologies provide custom, made-to-order digital services, including but not limited to:

  • Custom website design and development
  • Mobile application development
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, etc.)
  • Consulting, strategy, and technology services

Due to the customized and intangible nature of these services, returns are not applicable once work has commenced.

Cancellation Policy

a) Before Project Commencement

If a project is cancelled before any work has started, a full refund may be issued after deducting applicable administrative or payment gateway charges.

b) After Project Commencement

Once work has begun, cancellations are not eligible for a full refund. Any refund, if applicable, will be evaluated based on:

  • Scope of work completed
  • Resources allocated
  • Time and effort already invested

Refunds in such cases, if approved, will be partial and discretionary.

Refund Policy for Daddy Cool Technologies

Custom Websites & Mobile Applications

  • Payments made for custom website or app development are non-refundable once design, development, or planning work has started.
  • This includes UI/UX design, wireframes, coding, integrations, and testing.
Digital Marketing Services

Marketing results may vary based on multiple external factors; therefore, refunds are not issued based on performance expectations or outcomes.

Payments for digital marketing services (SEO, social media management, paid campaigns, content creation, etc.) are non-refundable once the service period has started.

Revisions & Issue Resolution

While refunds are limited, we are committed to client satisfaction.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to resolve issues through corrections, adjustments, or refinements rather than refunds.

Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the agreed project scope.

Any concerns must be raised in writing within a reasonable timeframe.

No Refund Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences once work aligns with approved scope

Change of mind after project initiation

Delays caused by lack of client communication, feedback, or approvals

Third-party service issues (hosting providers, ad platforms, APIs, etc.)

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact us directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of services and future engagement restrictions.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

Processing time may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider

It will be processed to the original payment method
